Our work informs national and international policy and research communities in the areas of consumer rights, information needs and uses, consumer networks and access to justice.

We collaborate with intersecting communities of practice including but not limited to consumer advocates and their intermediaries and public policy researchers in support of strengthening and growing Canada’s consumer rights ecosystem.
